PAINTERS

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of experience;
  2. Ability to independently determine the sequence and execution of basic operations;
  3. Washing the hull of the vessel using detergents;
  4. Fluent reading of charts of degrees of cleaning of metal surfaces;
  5. Preparation of materials and fixtures, connection, setup and adjustment of specialised equipment, mechanisms during sandblasting of metal surfaces;
  6. Performing surface cleaning work in a compliant manner;
  7. Preparation of surfaces, products and gear for painting;
  8. Adjustment of painting installations, equipment, mechanisms and devices during painting;
  9. Performing surface painting works in a compliant manner.

Requirements

  1. Universal welder MIG MAG TIG 111/135/136/141
    Responsibilities:Welding of metal ship hulls, metal structures, pipelines in all spatial positions, fit for ultrasonic and X-ray inspection, use of ceramic backing, back gouging of welds, reading and understanding of WPS.
  2. Welder КМС MIG MAG 111/135/136
    Responsibilities:Welding of metal ship hulls in all spatial positions, fit for ultrasonic and X-ray inspection, use of ceramic backing, back gouging of welds, reading and understanding of WPS.
  3. Welder TIG 141
    Responsibilities:Welding pipelines, machinery and metal structures (shipbuilding, food and chemical industries), special attention to back weld root and face weld, ultrasonic and X-ray inspection, reading and understanding WPS.
  4. Welder TIG 131
    Responsibilities:Welding aluminium ship hulls in all spatial positions, fit for ultrasonic and X-ray inspection, special attention to face welds, reading and understanding WPS.

Experience is a must – 3 years or more,

• no bad habits.

HULL FITTERS

 

Requirements

  1. Fluent reading of assembly drawings and supporting documentation.
  2. Fluent knowledge of technology, assembly sequence and welding on assemblies, sections, blocks and slipway.
  3. Ability to work with both welding and gas cutting equipment.
  4. Experience in thermal and mechanical metal straightening is an advantage.
  5. Fabrication of ship hull elements from sheet and profiled metal.
  6. Performing assembly operations during ship hull assembly.
  7. Compliance with the requirements of technological charts and production standards.

  1. Reading and working with wiring diagrams
  2. Working with fittings (installation of cable routes, leads to electrical equipment, installation of electrical equipment)
  3. Cable tightening and tying according to wiring diagrams
  4. Connection of electrical equipment according to diagrams
  5. Knowledge of tools and experience in the use of the tools required to perform the assigned work
